Meet **Heather**, a passionate third-generation horse professional with decades of experience in horse care, training, and instruction. She specializes in **Hunters, Jumpers, Equitation, and horse health care**, with a strong foundation in dressage.

Heather’s training philosophy focuses on clear communication between horse and rider. She uses both traditional training methods and an understanding of equine behavior to help riders communicate more effectively with their horses. Her goal is to develop confident riders, happy horses, and successful partnerships.

Heather began riding and competing at a young age. During her junior career, she qualified for top national competitions for six consecutive years as a pony hunter rider. She became a professional in the early 2000s and has since helped horses and riders earn numerous awards at prestigious national competitions.

Throughout her career, Heather has trained with respected professionals including **Lynn Cartellone, Jeff Gogul, Joanne White, Farra Phillips-Hillyard, and Mike Rheinheimer**. She has also expanded her education through clinics and lessons with leading professionals in the equestrian industry.

Her educational influences include **George Morris, Susan Harris, Felicitous, John Roper, Frank Madden, Kyle King, Steve Heinecke, and Steve and Jenni McAllister**. These experiences have helped Heather develop a well-rounded approach to training horses and riders.

From **2005 through 2008**, Heather served as an assistant coach for the **Bucknell Equestrian Team**. During this time, she also worked as an assistant trainer for Farra Phillips-Hillyard in Pennsylvania. These positions gave her additional experience developing riders and preparing horses for competition.

In **2025, Heather relocated to Florida** to continue growing her training program and create new opportunities for her students. She now brings her extensive experience in **Hunter, Jumper, Equitation, dressage-based training, and horsemanship** to Florida’s thriving equestrian community.
